Summer 2016 Internships Available

Block Club is the branding and strategy agency that wants better. We’re looking for a few extraordinary interns with the same mindset to join our team for a semester. As an intern, you will work on our clients’ branding, marketing and strategy projects, working under the guidance of our design and strategy team.

This rigorous four-month internship program will familiarize you with agency work flows and a transparent management culture. Internships are available for both design and content strategy, are open to college students and recent graduates, and are currently available for the summer 2016 semester (May to August).

Candidates for the design internship must be:

  • a recent graduate or current student majoring in graphic design or communication design
  • fully proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, blogging and social media platforms (candidates will be tested on Adobe CS)
  • available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • creative, hard-working and self-initiated
  • strong eye for branding and design
  • strong communicators, both written and in conversation

Candidates for the content strategy internship must be:

  • a recent graduate or current student majoring in communications, marketing or public relations
  • fully proficient in Microsoft Office, blogging and social media platforms
  • available Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • creative, hard-working and self-initiated
  • strong eye for branding and design
  • strong communicators, both written and in conversation

Candidates may be considered for either paid or for-credit internships, depending on qualifications.

Interested and qualified candidates should send a digital copy of their resumé and proof of work (portfolio for design, writing samples for content strategy) by Friday, April 15 to jobs@blockclub.co. No physical submissions, phone or in-person inquiries will be considered.

Get better by interning with Block Club. Good luck!
