Freed Maxick is a top-100 accounting firm in the United States with a strong presence in Buffalo and New York State. The firm previously worked with Block Club on a branding campaign to introduce its dedicated, passionate and talented staff to the public. Our next collaboration turned the lens outward, shifting focus to some of the firm’s biggest and most loyal clients. We created a video and print campaign that paired Freed Maxick directors with the people they work for every day. They discussed their working relationship candidly, riffing on why they appreciated their unique business relationship and how it improves their business. In the video, this setup pans out to reveal the shoot on location in their client’s worksite, office or retail space. This concept highlights the camaraderie and open-door policy between the Freed Maxick team and their clients—that trust has, indeed, been earned. A complete website redesign ties the video and print campaign together. The new site trims their previous site considerably, focusing the site’s content to show more and tell less. The homepage offers a clean explanation of the firm’s key industries, a new nested organization of the firm’s many services, and a carousel featuring imagery from the video campaign.
